'The Rose(더 로즈)'는 우성(일렉 기타/메인보컬), 도준(피아노/메인보컬), 재형(베이스), 하준(드럼) 4명으로 구성됐으며 멤버 전원이 작사, 작곡, 편곡까지 도맡아 하는 실력파 신예 밴드 그룹이다.
데뷔 전 버스킹과 각종 공연을 통해 자작곡으로 공연을 진행하며 실력을 쌓은 'The Rose(더 로즈)'는 데뷔 싱글 [Sorry]의 타이틀곡 'Sorry'에도 그 실력을 고스란히 담아냈다.
'Sorry'는 멤버 전원이 작사, 작곡, 편곡에 참여한 곡으로 권태로움에 저지른 이별을 후회하며, 그때의 소중함과 지나간 일들에 대한 후회와 미안한 마음을 담은 내용이며 '브리티시 팝(British Pop)' 사운드를 기반으로 하는 몽환적인 분위기의 곡이다. 또한, 심플한 악기 구성으로 매력적인 우성과 도준의 보이스 강조하여 The Rose만의 음악적 스타일을 구현해 냈다. 우성의 목소리 만으로 시작되는 도입부부터 두 보컬의 음색이 합쳐지는 후렴은 곡의 감성을 더욱 극대화 시킨다.
4인의 각기 다른 매력을 음악에 담아 들려주고 싶다는 'The Rose(더 로즈)'의 바람처럼 앞으로 이들이 보여줄 음악적 색깔이 기대된다.

I am literally crying at 01.50 am because this song is my favorite, this band is my favorite, they perform in the middle of the sunlight that burning like hell but the audience is very small. I dont know why korean people dont try to be grateful. They were so easy to meet the rose yet they eliminate the opportunity. while I am here, at the other side of the world, willing to pay dearly to be as close as possible to them.
