I don't think she is making it sound like a 'good' thing or a bad thing. It depends on the perspective of the person who is going through it. She refers to it as a "heartbreaking relief" because of her situation at the time. She does not have to "deal with it". Her body has done it for her. It is still heartbreaking. Also, I'm sorry for your loss.

Personally I connect with what she is saying so much. I never felt like a mother and I still don't. Seeing blood clots that were supposed to be where my baby grew just made me go numb

I understand. I feel the same, but our experiences do not invalidate hers.

To everyone who doesn’t like it cause of how it’s perceived: Everyone interprets differently but if you look closer and analyze you’ll notice there is sadness in her words.
She did her research on pregnancy and despite everything waited two months and kept putting it off. And when she tells of the lost there is sadness and a sense of resentment towards it all, even towards her body for having caused the lost. She refers to it as a “heartbreaking relief”. She feels the lost but relief all at the same. “A hollow victory” meaning she herself doesn’t fully know whether she is glad or sad but instead relieved probably for not having had it been done in a way that she would have to take responsibility for. But like I said we all interpret differently so I might be wrong.

To the women saying shes making it seem like a good thing obviously this wasn't your experience, but it was mine. Hers, and other women have felt similarly, youre allowed to feel how you feel but don't condemn others for not wanting the fetus that you did.
