@@theq86 ´Well the other half is a security measure. If they do manage to genrush you, then it's not game over. You can't count on steamrolling the survivors like this every game. Especially when you have maps that aren't so favorable for Wesker, like the Hospital.
@@kratoscallofduty Well, since Wesker is a very mobile killer there are a lot of builds that work well on him. The speed-chaser builds, pallet-eater builds, hex builds, anti-gen builds....they all work very well. It's not like Trapper or Wraith, where you're forced to play in a predictable way.
My favorite build for Wesker is Remember Me, No Way Out, Terminus, and Jolt. It gives you such a long endgame with perma-injured survivors you can come back from a very bad early/mid game and still get 4K
He was lucky with the maps. That wouldn't have been over so fast on Hospital or The Game. Those kinda maps is what those perks are for, and where they shine.
My current win streak build for wesker is exactly the same with noed and no way out but instead of pain res and corrupt it’s save and coup yesterday coup saved me when I mind gamed a jungle gym on a Rebecca I’m currently on 8 wins ok wesker.
it's not a collision thing, at least it's not with the exit gate: i've gotten hits on the exit gate, including swamp maps. It's an elevation thing. Sometimes when the game detects a change in elevation mid-dash it treats it like you fell, and lets the survivor go. I assume the Swamp's bumpy hilly terrain just has a lot of weird slopes that set that off.
I don't think that's true, I've had it happen on Eyrie of Crows in an attempt to slam the survivor against the wall on a T&L, On absolutely flat ground. So I don't think elevation is the issue. I think it's an actual bug with the power, not anything to do with maps- personal opinion
That DS at 6:10 has convinced me to no longer run it. If the killer wants to tunnel, they can do it no matter what. Huntress, Nurse, Blight, Spirit, probably Trickster, only an M1 would be iffy in this situation bc of shack. Anyway, that Nancy delayed the inevitable lol awesome game!!
Just for fun I’ve been using Sloppy,Distressing,Unnerving Presence, and Coulrophobia. I’m not the best killer so I don’t always get 4ks with wesker but I still enjoy it
@Varsancton Hardly... He has a 60m terror radius, the largest base TR in the game. He can easily apply sloppy and constantly have survivors unable to heal if pressured properly. That's a solid build, Boy Beasty. Don't listen to this dummy.

while i dont like noed, i like the idea of effectively being bloodlust 3 fulltime in endgame if you make sure everybody's fully infected+no sprays left
My personal Wesker build is Dissolution, Bamboozle, Pain Resonance and Floods of Rage, and for addons the Uroboros Tentacle and the Loose Crank so I've got extra speed while readying the power. I just take advantage of Wesker's ability to vault over pallets and windows easily (bamboozle still triggers off his power) and it hasn't steered me wrong yet. I might replace Floods with Coup at some point given how I've seen it used, but I dunno yet.
You should do a vid where u use “the worst killer in dbd.” Huntress with that iri perk that Lets her run 4.6 whenever she had no hatchets. So at the start of the game just trow all your hatchets away and be a normal M1 killer

Like before if you didn’t have the META you could have some fun and manage gens a bit, but now you either ABSOLUTELY NEED the META or else you get 5 gens done within 1 chase, especially as Wesker. It feels really bad. Gonna investigate this a bit more when I have a bit more play time this Chapter.
I disagree with this opinion because by meta perks are you talking about 80 percent of the killers perk’s that are strong, because there’s not many perks for killers that are not useful, and for 5 gens to be finished from one chase would depend on the killer’s skill, things like this happens all the time, the only thing that buffed the repairing speed of generators is hyperfocus, while this perk is amazing is requires you to be very well with skill checks which not a lot of people are good at honestly, and prove thyself is still a stronger perk, which has been out for a while. From watching this video alone you can tell that generator is not being finished with just one chase.
Much like how nurse is glitched on console (unless that’s been patched by now) wesker seems SUPER buggy on pc. I get wall slams that don’t make sense sometimes on console, and the dashes I miss usually are justified misses.
I was able to get a win streak of 27 on wesker ( win is a 4k) with a weird but effective build. it consists of corrupt intervention, jolt, overcharge and huntress lullaby. You can get downs fast to get lullaby stacks quick and since your terror radius is massive if you patrol gens people will be more focused on looking for you and not realize when skill checks pop up

So often he tunnels survivors out, seems like a cheap way to play as a killer. I can see sometimes but it’s like every video with him, as a killer main it makes me sad.
Every killer wins when you know what you're doing %100 percent all the time doesn't matter if you're going against a full %100 competent squad killer will win all the time because this game has always been killer sided.

I've had mostly fine games with him and yes he is buggy but I don't think he is twins buggy. So hopefully they come out with a hot fix to fix him.

Try the Unicorn Medallion add-on, I feel it really helps with the dashes. :)
