Did you add your sim card right away? I wanted to transfer galaxy to galaxy, but there is absolutely nothing (no apps) on my phone...connected to wifi, but no search option
You can transfer data from one Galaxy phone to another without a SIM card and with no apps installed. You can use Samsung's Smart Switch feature to transfer data wirelessly or using a USB cable. To transfer data using Smart Switch: Make sure both devices have a minimum of 500MB free space in internal memory. Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network. On the new Galaxy phone, go to Settings > Accounts > Smart Switch. Select "Wireless" as the transfer method. On the old Galaxy phone, go to Settings > Accounts > Smart Switch. Select "Wireless" as the transfer method and wait for the devices to connect. Select the data you want to transfer, such as contacts, photos, and apps. Start the transfer process and wait for it to complete. Alternatively, you can use a USB cable to transfer data. You'll need an OTG USB dongle attached to the new Galaxy phone. Connect the old Galaxy phone to the new Galaxy phone using the USB cable and OTG USB dongle. On the new Galaxy phone, go to Settings > Accounts > Smart Switch. Select "USB" as the transfer method. On the old Galaxy phone, wait for the devices to connect. Select the data you want to transfer, such as contacts, photos, and apps. Start the transfer process and wait for it to complete. Note that you don't need to install any apps or have a SIM card to transfer data using Smart Switch.

You’d have to change the Google account
I must have fucked up because of skipping all the things that you said to skip I set them up and now I'm having issues.
You could always reset your phone
Your use of 'first time' in the heading doesn't assist first time users when you need to replace a landline phone usage.
crazy
nice
Thankyou.
This is not a step by step. ?Missing critical steps.
