I bought V rising on release because I love stunlock studios but never played it, after seeing your videos (been subbed since gunfire videos had no idea you played vrising too) Anyway I do want to get into the game now, and I love PvP aspect, but I'm wondering, if I select a PvE server, can I still do these PvP arena stuff in that server? Would rather relax in the open world then go into the arena when I want to pvp
@@kalistaxd1041 oh nice you’ve been around a while 😄 the arena is a separate server that I’ve left the ip for in the description, it’s only on pc so not sure if you could find any servers like this on console

its not in this gameplay here but I was trying with the reaper as well. It's not bad but unfortunately its much better in theory than in practice, the synergy feels quite underwealming
Sadly not, more often than not having skeles in play make you weaker 🥲 healing asides the minions are not always bad and they are playable in situations such as this where you are fighting a barrier or no defensive however facing cold snap or bloodrite with skeletons is one of the most polarising spell matchups you can ever face

However, my impression of the veteran opinion(s) on summons/minions is: "Skeletons and Death Knight are broken in unimaginable way if you just know how to supplement them. This game needs nerf to current minions, not stronger summon options." and "Current summoning spells are overpowered despite you summoning rather weak units."
@@holyordersol2668 top players will agree that deathknight is broken for raid defence specifically as deathknight void is the easiest raid defence strategy in the game however playing those kind of spells in open world pvp or duels is very easy to play aggressively against and take them down because without the safety of a castle the build lacks any kind of defence. In these contexts there is no way to supplement skeletons in a way to make them not a hinderance.
As someone who just started playing in 1.0, would love to see some updated content for open world PvP build theory/analysis. Been having fun trying to find a hybrid build for rifts and PvP but min/maxing the T4 jewels is becoming daunting.
I apply a sever filter for PVP in OCE and this game is f ing dead my friend. YOu have great insight, but its wasted on this game. SLS have shit the bed and come up with no end game. This is a pve play once and put away game. May aswell just pirate it
It’s not quite that bad in other regions but oce especially has dropped off a lot I heard 😓 you might be able to find activity on CN servers but yeah sadly this games always had an issue with player retention after updates I am looking towards content on other games as well and have a lot of faith in supervive currently

using unique reaper could help the build. Buffing spell power to land big damage when Q hits skeletons.

No wait... the uholy shield can still knockback with jewels,i literary got a jewel fir that yesterday
It still has knockback and can cancel most actions however it cannot cancel barriers and counters which was its strongest trait
Definitely the worst thing about Unholy spells are they just aren't very fun to use. Extremely cheesy on bosses, and passive afk style in pvp.
