Would love to see the city restore prairie land grasses/habitats and include a prairie dog watchable wildlife area so that kids can see the animals that once lived here before development took over. Prairie dogs are being driven or moved out of the city - or outright poisoned - and longtime residents who grew up around them will wonder where the animals went. This could be both an entertaining and educational opportunity since prairie dogs are active during the day.
Beautifully shot video. It's amazing how much Fort Collins has changed in my 34 years here; I'm so glad we're still trying to preserve space for our natural flora/fauna, despite growing urban pressure. Keep up the good work!
