This is a method that should never be followed. Lithium-ion batteries will be bombs if they are manufactured without proper regulatory circuitry. The charging voltage per cell should be 4.2 volts and should not be used without bms. Rather, it is better to connect all the battery cells in parallel and use a USB output charging voltage circuit suitable for that.
Unfortunately not all BMSs actively balance cells or have all the features you need especially cheap ones from China not to mention I got a brushless motor controller and I can't work out the connections to get it running from ebay

OMG you didnt use a BMS for a 3s2p battery pack. The battery already had a BMS you could have used the 2 outer pins on the battery would have given you +12.6v if the battery was full and you would be able to charge it from the laptop itself
Never ever cut wires connecting batteries with a pair of cisors. You may short circuit the battery.
Even if you short circuit the battery for a very shot time when cutting the connectors there's no danger . The danger is when you continue to short circuit batteries for longer time .

Not too smart at all. Batteries were charged with five volts. Batteries are hooked up wrong. Two batteries are positive to positive connection.

That's right the work is totally wrong .. The batteries should be soldered + + + together , and - - - together to get 3.7 total voltage to avoid the BOOOOOM at the face .

You have connected the batteries in 3 series whose output is around 11v to 12v which is not safe for that charging module. Don't mislead people through your fake knowledge.

Esta manera de conectar + con + y - con- , yo lo hice con pilas normales poniendo, 3 pilas, igual como lo hizo el, todo mundo sabe que su voltaje es 1.5V.
Cuando medi con el voltimetro, poniendolo de esa manera, me midió 1.5V, de verdad que es un paralelo raro, pero no se, si es seguro, nunca he probado, si se podria recarga de esta manera, si fuera pilas recargables, pero para aprovechar el espacio es una buena idea. Buen video.
Las baterías de litio tienen un voltaje de 3,7V

имеем цепь: последовательно соеденены три источника по 4.2 вольта (если полностью заряжены) и сопротивление нагрузки. исходя из того что при последовательном соединении перестановка элементов цепи схему не меняет, предлагаю для наглядности поменять местами нагрузку с одним из крайних элементов. тогда проще увидеть что крайние элементы соеденены разноимёнными полюсами последовательно (+-+-) и на них мы имеем напряжение 8.4 вольта которое через сопротивление нагрузки приложено к третьему элементу и заражает его непредусмотренным для литиевых аккумуляторов напряжением. ток в цепи будет протекать пока заряжается аккумулятор и будет уменьшаться по мере его заряда (перезаряда). ограничивающее сопротивление, которым является нагрузка будет тем меньше, чем больше устройств включено к этому "повербанку") в результате мы убиваем один элемент.
Вариант с зарядкой этого повербанка не рассматриваю, так как уже понятно что это нехороший способ обращения с аккумуляторами. Итог будет - как повезёт )

Don't comment if you don't have any knowledge about Lithium batteries and BMS, be it series or parallel.
your wires are glued incorrectly !
Use only 2 out of 6 batteries.
Also the "unused" cells work. One charges up and one charges down (and vice versa) when using the pack. the "mod" must be corrected (and bms added). The battery will propably blow in very short time, when used in this condition.

Your dangerous can't charge them like that they ment to be charged using CC/CV and cuts off at 4.2v but it's depends on datasheet if charged to 4.15v ment to preserve battery life Lipo battery likes 4.2v or higher in other chemistry cells lifepo4 whatever 🤣 I've stripped a few car jumper starters that's failed but these have balance connection and charges from 12v source not usb ....this can't charge less it boosting 5v to 12.6v which is possible but doubt that PCB has that no balance either .....very dodgie 🤣

Alle 18650 Batterien trennen, mit OPUS BTC 3100 oder XTAR VC4SL Kapazitäten messen, die defekten oder schwachen entsorgen, die guten Batterien kommen in einem 18650 Powerbank Case. Du kriegst diesen Case für ca 8€ über Aliexpress und es sieht am Ende auch noch gut aus!

In india it has become a practice to blame electrical shoert circuit for all sorts of electrical related fjre acvidents. Neither the manufscturer, maibtainer nor the regulator has any meanong for ohms law that explains reason for fire accidedents. Periodic routine checks are just neglected due unawateness, neglugence or so called economics.

If you connect 3 cells in series as he done you will get 12v until otherwise you have to install a charging circuit which convert 12v into 5v to put
Why remove the integrated ribbon cables?
They were connected in parallel whereas he wanted series. Also why he added a voltage regulator to charge them.

Hat das noch niemand gecheckt das diese Konstruktion so wie hier gezeigt NICHT funktioniert? Das mittlere Batteriepaar ist verkehrt herum eingebaut. Das kann so mal überhaupt nicht funktionieren. Oder irre ich.
