At 10:45 if you have a graphical calculator, in the inverse normal tab you can change the tail from left to right, so you can just change it to right and keep the area as 0.3 , it will give the same result.

graphical calculators are allowed in A level maths for AQA and Edexel at least, if however you are on some niche exam board where this isn't the case you should get a table of values where you do the same as you would here except you have to find the input value and it will give you the answer
