Hey guys, today me, CJ, and the original co-founder of Moving Weight Fishing (Joey) went out on the key west to deal the Muttons. Joey ended up catching an 8 pound Mutton Snapper (His personal best), I caught a 5 pounder, and then CJ caught a petite Yellow Jack, so you know I had to make a catch clean cook, I hope you guys enjoy the video!

I love both those fish ever had rudder fish
"i could see in my brain" that is a quote for the ages. Why do you only see soy sauce and wasabi for raw fish? One is pure salt, the other pure heat. Try this one time. Take the thick fillets and sear them 30-45 seconds a side. Drop them in a container with a tight seal and let them steam for a few minutes. Then slice the fillets sashimi style and drag them thru that juice that steams out of the fish. Squeeze some lemon on the fish and you have something fitting. That half shell recipe looked great.

What’s up man this is Jeff from Port St. Lucie FL. Can u do a video on where u want your boat to position with what you see on the bottom machine for mutton’s. I understand you don’t want to give up your coordinates and I don’t blame you because I don’t want to give up mine to anybody so you can blur that part out but I think it would be really helpful to understand where you want the boat to sit at from what you are looking on the machine.
