I wonder if it’d be possible to take a wooden round, maybe three inches in diameter, and carve the hex pattern into it, put in a handle like a paint roller. Though you’d have to do one side at a time, maybe that would mess things up. Or maybe you wouldn’t be able to apply enough pressure. I don’t know, could be worth trying.
Queens from you doing great. We had a warm spell here in NH. Hives active; doing well. Now, back into cold snap. Mites treated, hives wrapped fingers crossed they get through winter.
You said that they stay pliable, well you can sure feel the difference when you are cutting out wax, it makes them very tough indeed. Thanks Joe for the posts.

When pressure is put on it and it's rolled out, it does change the molecular structure. The friction heats it up and "tempers" it, to keep it simple.
