Toad, the multipliers are multiplicative not cumulative. So it's 20.25x (4.5 x 4.5) against 30.25x (5.5 x 5.5). Not 9x vs 11x - it's a much bigger drop in power (approx 33% vs approx 19%).

Last time I calculated New 10th anni Roger CT self speed up lvl 10, it reduces only 5 seconds off his CT so I assume 1 lvl CT down is just 0.5 CT? I find it kinda low compared to percentage based CT down
