Fixing/Opening Ryobi 18V Wireless Trimmer - Removing wire from trimmer head

Updated Video to fix the orientation of all the videos I strung together, so it would be more easy to watch.
In this video I open up the trimmer head to get a better view of how the trimmer motor has twisted the wire into itself, so I can unwind it and remove it.
Hopefully this video helps others that might have run into a similar problem and need to open the trimmer.
** Make sure you remove all power sources (battery) before starting **
