It’s been one of the hardest years of my life this year, but God through the chaos is bringing beauty and prosperity out of this. God is God and I am grateful that when life sucks, He is still good, still working on Our behalf. He truly will take what the enemy meant for evil and turn it for good, not only good but Great! Amen Amen

Enjoying the sermon. I did notice the reference to Acts 26 and 27 was made with the context of knowing God from outside the limits of time and space, but in the scripture it was an angel carrying the message to Paul that gave him revelation as it pertains to men. The angel may have been influenced by the Holy Spirit, as from what I understand, they usually are. Also, I've heard it said by Dr. Jordan Peterson, a person I admire very much, that the angelic or magical like the blue fairy from Pinnochio (paraphrasing), is something like a life changing incident or episode, that is what is magical. I think this may apply to the encounters with angels as well. But on that, I could be completely mistaken. One other thing is that when it comes to what happens beyond this universe one man only speculate, although it is fun to think about or worrisome, it is a glass that we see through dimly now. I'm not sure if any of that helps. Happy New Year!
The friends of Jesus: Jesus’ friends are those who know he speaks of his Father. Jesus said “for all things that I have heard of my Father, I have made known unto you” (John 15:15). The question now becomes: are we Jesus’ friends? A true friend would never twist the words of their friend and then call them a liar. If so, this person is not a friend-but an enemy. Jesus always points us to the Father, but man says this is a lie and that Jesus himself is God. Jesus said I will show you plainly of the Father (John 16:25-27). His disciples were his friends, as it is written “now are we sure that you came forth from God” (John 16:30). It was then that they knew without any doubt Jesus is God’s son, prophet, and servant (Matthew 12:18). Now they can know both God the Father, and Jesus-personally and individually (John 17:3). This is the only way to be *saved.*
