Dancing With Kadafi has always been one of my favorite songs of yours of all time. It really showcases why I love your music so much. Not only time signature changes, but complete style changes, pacing, tone, key... the whole song takes you on a journey that doesn’t keep in a safe zone of where it started. The complexity of your music will never get old. Please keep doing what you guys do!

I can't even begin to think how many times i've listened to this track, I know it by heart, every little effect, every little bit. Somehow they managed to make it feel so familiar and so new at the same time. The part between 3:12 and 5:04 has to be one of my absolute prefered moments in any track, any group, any genre ever. The kind of culminating portion at 4:32 still gives me goosebumps 23 years after.

Dancing with Kadafi has been my go to for testing speakers and sound systems: such a wide frequency spectrum, punchy bass synth, sampled audio layers, analog and digital instruments, wide dynamics, it's perfect.
Amazing to see Kadafi is still dancing.
Nothing is impossible in the world of mushrooms.

I love how little was actually changed about this song. That just shows how little room for improvement this song has. It's perfect song from start to finish.
Tbh I find the new album very great but for some songs such as this one, the og was already too perfect to be changed. I think we lost something here.

The biggest change is the guitar riff near the end, which probably sounded too close to Every Breath You Take by The Police to keep intact.

This song has always been one of my favorites. Every time I hear the last section of the song I am so happy and want to cry.
I used to have Dancing With Kadafi in my 1995 Ford Escort 5spd with a tape deck, running this on a portable cd player sitting on the passenger seat thru a tape-to-line-in adapter while I was 16 just getting started.

I notice the most change in 6:14-7:05, with the synths and flute later on sound slightly different

I miss Infected Mushroom! I used to have all their albums! And some othe Trance but I throw all away. And I regret it to this day.😢 Infected Mushroom is something so unique. And this song is a great example of how unique they really are!❤
hehe just listen to all the albums again then. Albums are good like that. Music can exist digitally, and you have time to listen through, take notes, draw cool pictures, create art. dance, have sex (make love), or whatever you choose to do. ;) Buy a new sound system, etc.. I will listen again when i buy better sound later on.. The JBL one i have now is kinda meh actually. Still good music!
Very subtle changes, but they work so well! Dancing With Kadafi was arguably one of IM's best songs already so I'm glad it remained mostly unchanged. Hard to improve on perfection!

I feel very nostalgic listening to this version, Infected Mushroom has been and are one of my most influential and loved music there is.

Man I love this tune! Took so long for me to learn the bassline, which is a masterpiece all its own. When I was done with that, I learned to slap the synth melody at the end 🤷♂️
The last half of this song is my favorite work from you guys ever! The ending is truly special. The pure energy at 6:30 and 9:25 is absolutely unreal! Dancing with Kadafi was already one of my favorite songs ever and this version emphasizes the ending to make it even better.

For me the song was the best song on B.P Empire at the time. The song made me think of summer meadows, desert landscapes, Las Vegas (casinos), synthesizers, and of course Israel and camels

Im unfamiliar with the majority of tracks used for the reborn album, so i don't have any notes about the changes other fans are experiencing, I became a fan about 8 years ago, and i still havn't listened to the first 20ish tracks, i got a nice playlist of about 30 tracks i do like, and i'm loving the flow of this album, just regret not being used to the originals to appreciate the changes, is tracks flow is so chill.
