Those stairs with ice are very dangerous...be careful!
How long did you take to go up and down (total time spend)? I plan to go there next year but no idea for the timing.
Considering the icy path and about 3.5kg of camera gear, it took 50 minutes to get to the lookout. I would recommend visiting during autumn season.
