In all video games I play, i always go with the punch build. Smash bros: Lil mac Warframe: Atlas Cyberpunk: Gorilla arms Borderlands: Brick Diablo: MOnk And now..finally, Genshin Impact: Rizzly~ (Whaled a bit for c1. Didn't spend since inazuma and itto. So, I think this chad was definitely worth the occassion).

I guess it's because most players now already have Venti, and his cons are not that necessary. For new players, most of them would just like to have a new DPS.
