Mark got a question you cut hole out. Any reason why you left some of old ribbet holes. Paint looks great see got a bit trade of snow. Can send you more up here in Barron Alaska 😅. Yup. I'm 78 years old I'm semi retired. Boys run trucking/ towing business a lot of plowing equipment doing, 30 percent of rigs park for this time of year. A lot maintenance going on no drivers not working. Snow work and towing keeps them with pay. So my 1987 359 getting full off frame old girl getting brand new under carriage, my 19 yr old granddaughter will be hers a lot grandsons drive and work business but I know she wants my truck. She doesn't know think it be her brothers. Lol. Pete looks great
Hey Marc,i'm following your Channel from first Episode. And i must say that is have so much Respect for all that Work that You do on that Trucks. I love your Channel. Because here i can not only hear the Passion. I can see it how it goes forward. My Wife and i restaured a 359 Pete Tri Drive With 13 Speed Double Over. It was a lot of hard Work. So,i know how you feel sometimes. Our Pete was in a very bad condition as we bought him. But for us it was a Challenge to bring him back. There was Times with many Frustration,Tears and Despair. But there Was my wonderful Wife when i was down. She said to me :" Hey Darling, you can do it. I know it. Because i believe in you. Please dont give up." We needed 2 Jears for the Restauration. And as the Truck was finished,And first Start of the CAT we was so happy. Now to the Stripes for your Pete. I think the best is C.
No stripes. She’s beautiful the way she is. Just get the chrome and lights back on and let her shine. Great work, thanks for sharing your journey. And one of my hardest laughs in a while with that fart 😂😂😂
I gonna vote for a combination of A and D. The over the hood stripes and the over the sleeper stripes in white with a black or darker blue pinstripe. Luv seeing LBL closer to being back together Mark. Been here since the field. Waiting to see her first load pulling black smoke down the road.
Mark, you've done your best to spray your truck nicely, don't hide the work under stripes, in whatever color. Keep it simple subtle. Nice work Mark top work.
Mornin Mark, It sure is nice seeing LBL going back together, and I agree with you on the stripes and my vote is the "C" design with white stripes. I think back then those were the coolest stripe design on any of the Peterbilts. Have a great week my friend say hello to Mrs. Twin stix for us.
D for the win, suits the length of the sleeper,it'll look mint, and have the stripes over the top of the sleeper and over the cab,the drop visor and down the hood, that would make it really pop, cheers from australia 🇦🇺
Yet again another great episode bud. I love how well everything is coming together. My paint opinion is option C personally I think it gives the more old school look.
Morning Mark, C would be my vote. Not too "busy" a striping treatment that would take attention away from the main theme, which is the beautiful color choice, and quality of finish. Also, enjoyed the tunes. Take care.
I like the "C" model stripe, the third model shown. It just does something to the appearance with the black on blue, especially when the stripes are halfway up the rig, dividing it along its length at its handles' height. It is your rig and your choice, I am sure you'll come up with something fancy. Cheers !
I Vote "D" Clark!! Nothing like some Beautiful White Stripes to Help make that Gorgeous Blue Paint really Pop!! The Black Stripes are hidden and don't make the Paint Pop as good. I had a '69 Nova that I had back in 1982 buit it from the frame up. Had a reputable Paint Shop do Candy Apple Red with a Metal Flake Base and then I had them put 2 Chevelle SS Racing Stripes on the Hood and Trunk Lid. OMG Dude it looked Immaculate when it was done!! But whatever You Decide to do Marc, it's gonna look Amazing!! Take Care, God Bless and Stay Safe out there Brother!! Don W. Ankeny, Iowa
Good afternoon Mark, my vote would be C in candy apple Red. I would also like to thank you. I've been watching your channel from the start. Its got me through some difficult times (chemotherapy) you have taken my mind away from it. So again thank you. Kind regards from the UK Mark.
Hey Mark, I like the D type of stripes. LittlebyLittle paint job is so COOL. congrats, u are now a painter and body Man. she will be one cool Pete 359 out there. have a beer on me Mate.
Mark lbl is a beautiful truck great job on the ol girl I vote D stripes on it I think it matches the era of the truck but it's going to look good either way
I bought a lil beater Nissan Sentra to run to work and sound deadened the trunk and trunk lid. Man what a difference, now that little turd is quieter over bumps and cracks. Easy stuff to install and worth doing.

Shame you didn't add painted strips on truck before you cleared it. Still can. Airbrush strips would look great. Like letter D
