Press and hold the facility button then press Stop button 5 times.
Wait for the steady green light.
2. Press the Stop and Power button following these combinations

@@Jazernocsuh you need to turn the printer OFF first, then hold power button -> 5 times stop button -> release power. Factory service mode always starts with printer OFF, not on. If anything appears on the display, the combination wasn't inputted properly and this needs to be repeated.

Ink flush process through canon maintenancs utility

No other way.
Replace waste ink pads physically first (this is important, otherwise excessive waste ink can damage print heads or leak from the printer unto your desk!), then reset its software counter via FSM opcode 435.
Ink flush is a procedure used after that if you've opened the print head compartment - to remove air bubbles and refill ink tubes going from tanks to print heads.
Waste ink pads can be bought cheaply on sites like Aliexpress, since it's technically a "simple" sponge made just for that one purpose - store the "waste" ink, which is a product of both print head cleaning processes (including the ink flush!) and borderless printing bleed.
