This is better than the real thing as I lie back in my recliner in Westfield, Maine and control the speed of the flight and select my favorite sections of the flight. Thanks again. It's my favorite video trip.
you prolly dont give a shit but does anyone know a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow lost my login password. I would love any help you can give me!
@Kane Henry I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Beautiful, and fascinating to see the Matterhorn from a distance, from all sides, and from above. Thanks!

I was a passenger on this flight and although I know nothing about flying, except through flight simulator and other similar software, this flight inspired me to learn more about it. Thanks for the amazing journey!
I lived in Switzerland when I was young and I was too immature to really appreciate it. Now, looking back, it seems like a time spent in heaven. Whenever I see mountains I am taken back but it is not the same. The closest I have come are the snowy mountains in Northern Japan.
this route follows Route 19 for a long section leading into the Zermatt area...so if flew a bit east of the Bernese Alps...was hoping to see Eiger, Jungfrau, etc.. still fantastic
The nice blankets of green and golden fields in Switzerland seem so much nicer than the cornfields we have here in South Dakota. Most of the year, you don't even get neat rows of corn stocks, just dead expanses of the husks left over after harvesting.
As for the Matterhorn: if you know what to look for, you can start already at 1:02:00. On 1/3rd from the left a clear white triangle shaped mountain peak can be seen. Left of this one, shortly before a range of white mountains start: there is it! ;) The flight above Brig, Visp and going south into the Matter valley is already very fascinating!
Check out a detailed debrief of this flight through CloudAhoy, including a 3D view of the track, a virtual HUD & other goodies: www.cloudahoy.com/debrief/?key=T7WBeBN1IU5J8Ygxb4&startAt=1376293548789.4004
If you wear headphones and turn down the volume, you can hear the higher 'white' noise component and a lower 'pink' noise component, layering. Also what's strange is the weird (moire pattern?) video artifact with the propeller which makes it look like it's turning slowly. Another weird pattern is the reverse-image reflection in the top where the ground image is shining against the ceiling of the camera housing or location. It all adds to the unbelievable location.
I don't know what Alp means in other languages but , "Alp" word means warrior with horse in Turkish language , and the word " Aygir " , which is the name of the highest point of Alp Mountains , means male horse in Turkish , the horse Aygir is different than other mail horses as it is used to have healthy baby horses from female horses , so the Aygir name really matches with the appearance of highest point of Alp Mountains .
Wonderful video, thank you for sharing! However, it's a pity you didn't fly from the South to the North to have the sunlight in the back and much less haze...
