I’ve been looking for the perfect high-quality scale for things like mixing Cerakote and mixing epoxy for bedding jobs. I’ve found it in the A&D EJ-3000 from Cambridge Environmental.

I like hi dollar measuring devices almost as much as hi dollar optics
Different viscosity and even the 'height' of your pour (meaning, your pour height is higher with less quantity in the same cylinder - even if you hold your supply container in the same spot) will impact your in-flight add from weighing. Even with precision tools like this (and it's a nice balance!) there's a human factor.

I don’t think a bazillion dollar scale is needed for mixing cerakote ratios. That seems pretty ridiculous. That’s like buying a Bentley for a once a week grocery getter.
Have you not figured out that this channel is essentially a commercial for the latest and greatest gadgets? That's why he never refers to his lathe as "the lathe" it's always the "Precision Matthews XYZ GT insert model number" lathe.
I have zero issues with the man trying to make a living, especially with firearms content on TH-cam. But keep in mind that's exactly what he is trying to do... Make a living. So keep that in mind when he is exhorting the latest/greatest widget.

both ceracote and epoxy resins have a massive sweet spot , this kind of accuracy is just not needed , you have a 10% tolerance , this is just anal overkill, no pro user of these products do any more than a simple kitchen scale , most that I deal with just pour by eye ... you need to chill out , it isn't that important.... take some more Prozac...
