Thank you for the eggxact details🥚. I love eggs. When we were young, my dad would make Sunny side up eggs, with the yolks extra runny, over rice. I skip the cooking part, and basically crack a few eggs, separate the whites to cook later, and eat the yolks raw over rice. I don’t spend too much time cooking, and I’m a vegetarian, so this is perfect for me. I buy free range eggs, so that hens can graciously lay their eggs without being harmed.
Thanks for this video. I dislike eggs so much. Yet, I read somewhere they were good for diabetic people, my feet lost all feeling, so I suffered the horrid taste. Seriously, after three weeks, I started feeling my feet again. Now, I have full mobility without pain. I started at six eggs daily for breakfast. Now I only do four for breakfast. I also drank an elixir of fresh lemon + fresh grated ginger + fresh grated tumoric + sometimes store bought ground pepper or store bought cinnamon stick depending on how the mood struck me. So I don't really know what treatment was responsible, but when I watched Dr. Grundy's advertisement on eggs being bad for you, I knew eggs had to be good because I saw an interview debate with doctors in which his only proof in these other health foods he was dissing, he based all his notions on blue health districts.
Very informative video. I've told my children that eggs are very healthy but I never knew about sphingomyelin or avidin. I love that your videos not only refresh my memory but also teach me more😊.
thank you very much, Dr. Taylor, for sharing your knowledge about eggs and nutrition in general in such a clear manner through visuals and compelling explanations. I wish you health, vitality and happiness in 2025. Best wishes, Reimara Valk
🎉 I eat 3 eggs for breakfast everyday. I just can’t fit that 4th one in😂🎉 what about hard boiled eggs. Are they essentially devoid of nutrients due to boiling for 10 mins?
Yes some nutrients become less bioavailable in an omelette, so if you do an omelette, try to not scramble the eggs too much. However, no reason to stop eating them. 💚
If you place eggs into boiling water for about 3:30-4:00, and then immediately place them in cold water (or run under the tap), they will stop cooking and the yolks will remain runny and healthy. Overboiling them until they are solid, will make some nutrients less bioavailable, but the protein will still be top quality.
Yessssssss,I can eat eggs allllll day,and nothing else.i eat them every way they can be cooked, don't matter. I use to eat 6 a day,but cut back because I thought they were the cause of my increased cholesterol
I try hard to eat 2-3 eggs as my first meal of the day...after a few weeks, I tend to have that gerd feeling..as if my body started to reject consume eggs...😢😢😢
When scrambling them, I would suggest scrambling the whites first, then adding the yolk at the end, and cooking it quickly, so that you don't inactive the nutrients too much. That yolk needs to be not overcooked.

Red meat and eggs, super food
Eggs are red meat isn't

@Koozwad causes cancer and other diseases in long-term white meat is much better
And you're brightest bulb in chandelier
@@organicmuscle Red meat is also one of the most nutritionally dense foods in the world. 💚
Better than comedy chanel
good to know, I love the incredible edible egg!
That's why I LOVE EGGS
Love eggs, it didn’t realize they were more nutritious with runny yolk so omelettes would be less nutritious then.

I love boiled eggs, but are they the least nutrient dense?
yes, more heat = more nutrient destruction
If you place eggs into boiling water for about 3:30-4:00, and then immediately place them in cold water (or run under the tap), they will stop cooking and the yolks will remain runny and healthy. Overboiling them until they are solid, will make some nutrients less bioavailable, but the protein will still be top quality.
I eat eggs everyday to break my fast & make sure to not overcook them so the yolk is runny.

Maybe it is the good cholesterol, HDL, and the good, large and "fluffy" type of LDL that has increased?

Have you seen the 1967 movie with Paul Newman, Cool Hand Luke? ”I can eat 50 eggs”.
I try hard to eat 2-3 eggs as my first meal of the day...after a few weeks, I tend to have that gerd feeling..as if my body started to reject consume eggs...😢😢😢
Dr. Berg has a great video on this:

That's likely a bile deficiency, or eating low quality eggs.
Are scrambled eggs or quiche good? I don't like runny eggs.

You're right! I need to eat more Eggs. I don't really like them.
Vegan here - no eggs
Eggs so expensive now. Go to Walmart ...$20 for 60 eggs.
Needs to be pasture raised eggs
THANKS ❤❤
