It will show DCB Metal only if you are eligible. HDFC generally does not give upgrade from Regalia First to Diners Black. You should have Regalia (or Regalia Gold preferably). Income criteria is 1.75 lacs net in-hand salary or 21 lacs ITC. And as usual, they use their own internal criteria. But you can still check with HDFC branch

Clearly mentioned at 0:36 that this card is only for people who travel. Other should go for cashback cards. Later in the video at 5:30 also, I have mentioned that you will get these valueback when you use points on flight and hotel. What more is needed?

HDFC Diners Black Metal card provide absolutely free access to all lounges in India. You can swipe the credit card directly. Add-on also direct card swipe. No priority pass.

1. International lounges in Indian airport are completely free (no charge of $ 27 unlike other credit cards )
2. So we can access International lounge outside India by just using diners black credit card ... no priority pass required (like infinia & others CC because of Diners network)

HDFC has common application page for all cards. If you are eligible then it will show you the card. Only apply if your net income is Rs.1.75 lacs per month as mentioned in description
I have this but acceptability issues are much higher than even Amex
I used this card for 3 years in Mumbai. There is almost 100% acceptability for Diners cards in Mumbai currently. However, Amex cards are not accepted at 50% of the places in Mumbai.
