Dreamies always hit different, but Graduation is another level of emotional devastation and healing all at the same time. This song just hits all the right places and to top it off with an MV that consists of moments of their journey is just so 😭😭😭💚 I saw someone once saying "Other groups fight to get recognized, NCT Dream fights to stay together" and that hit me like a ton of bricks. No other group has such an emotional hold me as Dream does. Their story is so beautiful, heart-wrenching, heart-warming and inspiring. 💚😭Couldn't have been prouder to be their fan. 😭💚
renjun haechan and jeno all cried during that first livestage. it's harder to notice in the general but i fyou watch the fancams ToT renjun says he can't be thinking about the words or meaning when he sings it because it's too emotional for him. and that ending bit with mark hits doubly hard because he's alone, but then he returns to the group and it's this immense feeling of "i'm home, we're all together again". i love this wonderful, hurting, loving vibe of a video we got, it's so similar to the Remastered From Home, but somehow more emotional [probably because I'm so attached to, in particular, the dreamies and their journey].
I cried rivers the first time I watched it. They've been through so much and here they are still together after everything.
