Thanks Ravi, really insightful video :) On the note of podcasts.. I've seen some killing it revenue wise, from very small views. But they are essentially testimonials in disguise. Not traditional podcasts. Get past clients on. Ask them what they struggled with, what changed, how the coaching helped them, etc.. Then frame it as a normal podcast in the packaging :)
Yes this does work, but it’s not really a podcast it’s just a case study. Plus, podcasts almost never get any new listeners organically, especially not if it’s a case study. At that point I’d just put it on TH-cam and let TH-cam bring me new viewers.
I agree, a lot of the typical interview style podcasts are dying and are usually lacking value. BUT ‘solo’ podcasts that are shorter in length, and are niched industries/content work extremely well. It’s essentially what you’re doing here, only audio format.
Ravi, would it make sense for your company to work with a client that doesn't have a high ticket offer but rather is looking to onboard users to an app?
Thank you for sharing this video. Unrelated question: what gear or software tools are you using to show the screen of the ipad on the video while also showing yourself? I'm looking to make similar style of videos for a different topic. Thank you, again.
Is scaling school good for beginners? I'm just starting out and doing between 1-2k/month. I'm running a DFY Ecommerce Email Marketing Agency. Will it benefit me?
Love this video. quick q, on the packaging part. As a business owner, i kind of like the one of the left because it seems more for business owners and more specific about what im going to get, and i feel like the one on the right would attract more generic people, since you are using people like jake paul and other influencers in the thumbnail. What are your thoughts on this? i think packaging it in a way that still appeals to your ideal customer is the best way too do it, because your maximising CTR but to the *right* people. Lmk your thoughts
It’s a good point, the one on the right is still packaged for my ideal avatar as they know the power of content and they want help looking to leverage it. I just played more into their basic needs than in the first one.
@@RaviAbuvala Totally, thank you. Have you done a split test on a recent video, where one thumbnail is more like the one you did on the left and one is more broad, like the one of the right? Would be dope to see what the watch-time share percentage is.
I created a very useful software. It can save its users 2-3 hours a day, but there is no one else in this sector other than me. So there is no competition, but because of the lack of competition, it becomes very difficult to sell this product to people because no one is aware of the problem. What would your suggestions be?

How did you set up recording this kind of video? Thank you
Screen record on ipad using procreate and record himself talking then buckle them together in a video editor.

Yes! I’d book a call so we can chat!
Do you use a teleprompter at all? The amount of info you rifle through without any pauses or breaks is impressive.
Thanks! No I do not!
lol I’ve seen your ads on Facebook klickbeast. I’m in the same industry and run Google ads for home service professionals.

Hey Ravi,
What application/software is that which gives you the 8x views thing from TH-cam? Where you can see which videos are recommended most?
