What if you can't. What if you are grateful for what Allah has given you, but your trial is just not ending and eventually you just cannot find the courage to smile. Sometimes being sad is not a choice but rather a burden. We all are not Prophet (SAW) and continue bringing laughter despite everything, we need someone who talks more about mental issues in our religion.
The easier we take things , the sooner our issues will be resolved. More we complain or be negative....more bad stuff happens. Positive self talk is the magic we all need to practice. Allah brings true smile from the heart to your face and resolve all your problems ❤.
I have something to say just image n think that anything negative that crosses your mind, it's all from Shytan (he wants you to feel negative about every situation), even I'm going through something and I feel lost at times but then I always think that its shaytan trying to make me feel sad and upset and then I think that u know what I wont let him win, i think of all the present things I have (and there are sooooo many blessing around when u have a look- even as small as the weather being to your liking), positive self talk is also super important (in the process), and the trust you NEED to have In Allah, that whatever happen you wont let go off the" rope of hope" of Allah swt. Ofc we cant be like Prophet Muhammad sws (the greatness he was), but we can strive what he did and try learning and following his Sunnah (thats why Allah swt has made him an example for us), so I would say dont lose hope InShaAllah everything will be better (And Allah test those He loves the most ~Tirmidhi)
I understand what you’re saying sister. Sometimes It’s just exhausting and you don’t know when the relief will come. You’re ALLOWED to be sad, being sad is different from Being ungrateful. Prophet Yaqub AS was sad being separated from Prophet Yusuf AS all those years, he never stopped crying over his lost son. Didn’t mean he AS was ungrateful, he was just heart broken. And know that Allah is WITH the broken hearted. May Allah SWT bring you relief swiftly and bring you comfort and ease in a way that you could never have imagined Insha Allah
How do you find joy or happiness when it feels like the test are so hard and there so much evil and wickedness happening all around us. That even prayer seems and duas do not seem to reach Allah ears.
I don't know how to deal with this may Allah forgive me if I am wrong I have a son which I think is gay what do I do in a situation like this please help me and pray for him
This is a huge test. Don't give up on speaking to Allah. Change for the better sometimes takes very long...look how long the Palestinians are suffering. But never lose hope. Never give up . Never stop making dua.
