- North Carolina and Arkansas played game 2 of the Chapel Hill Super Regional in the 2022 College Baseball Season. Arkansas came in with a 1-0 series lead, meaning they were just 1 win away from reaching the College World Series in Omaha.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I started making them with team logos on the left, and a game snapshot on the right, and I’ve gotten almost all of my video views with that style.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Arkansas is unreal offensively late game. Their approach’s are so disciplined.
They are really never out of a game anymore

They have been warming up to me as well as the college regionals and super regionals have been played on.
If I am not Mistaking, they were ranked somewhere in middle or early in the season.
Nice to see them put it together when it matters the most.

The catch by center field at 9:31 was impressive.
All it was, was a diving catch not that hard to do
Yea with the situation and just the momentum in the balance that was cold. But he played the best defense in the outfield that I seen the whole tournament. I mean it was play after play with that guy!!

For any young guys paying attention to the number of "wild pitches" this postseason, 90% of them were completely avoidable if catchers would get off their knees, into a crouch, and drop/slide in front of these pitches (SPECIFICALLY with runners on base).
Omahogs took the scenic route but they got there. Would've preferred revenge on NC State but we'll settle for beating up their big brother.

@@kuillugnaughty5840 hmmm our pool at Omaha has 2 teams we already beat and Stanford, who beat us in 1 game forever ago but who also struggled in regionals and supers both. They're good teams of course but I like our chances buddy. This ain't the same Razorbacks team from a month ago and you can count on that.
I feel like it’s cooler to make the World Series being less favored than being known as the best team in the country… this was meant to be for Arkansas 🤷🏻♂️

Wtf is UNC doing not going infield in?? Must win game and you are playing for the double play instead of playing in for home to first or 3rd to first?
They wanted to avoid the base hit that would lose them the game. The ball that was hit would have been a game ender if they had played in

@@Mike_Sage either way the run scores there lol so you mine as well play in and hope to go home to first or atleast save the run at a minimum. You are giving them the tie there which makes no sense down 1-0 in the series in a must win

If unc would’ve just played double play depth with 1st and 3rd and 1 out this game would’ve gone to extra innings
why was UNC not playing in double play depth with 1 out and a man on first, that walkoff would’ve been a double play.
They looked like they were playing in to not give up the winning run at third base on a slow roller on the infield. Double plays aren’t guaranteed and especially so if the batter is speedy.
Also, Dave vanhorn likes to suicide squeeze often in those situations

It’s a budlight, they sell beer at college games now sec lifted the ban in 2019. I went to the Fayetteville super regional last year and had several my self. Needed them with how it ended.
You guys are extremely lucky to get to enjoy college sports the way you do.
I hope one day in Canada we show the same respect to sport in college as our allies to the south.
@@bp341 I will say tho, in the SEC it’s taken a LOT more serious than other parts of the country. The south loves us some college sports. More attendance at college games than most pro games down here
