Hi, these advises about house plan are for southern hemisphere. Because Trade Secrets is a Australian originated page. For most parts of Asia, Europe, North America, Türkiye and other countries on northern hemisphere it has to be reversed. I mean you should place the living room and etc. to southern facade of your house for taking advantage of the sun. Thanks for the video.
