Applaud you for sure. Minor adjustment I'd make personally would be your flow directors are all pointed the same direction, but more importantly they are against the side of the glass. This appears to be preventing them from actually directing any of the falling distillate. A few of them I watched as it dripped from the screw itself. The more you challenge the rising and falling vapors, better reflux and purity. I would adjust them all pointing different directions and space them atleast 1/8" off the glass.
93-95% on a single run? Or do you quickly strip it first, and then run it a 2nd time? Also how many gallons do you usually run and how long does it take?
not sure how you clean the sludge buildup out of the keg, looks like it might not be safe to drink considering there is no cleanout port to clean or scrub the inside.

Yes I have made changes so that they don’t touch the sides and I have made them a 4 pointed star pattern

I let it cool and then drain it from the bottom where the tap is. Then use a hose to wash the inside. And let it drain upside down.
