Thanks Dave, that was a great help.....I need a favour, can you recommend a magnifier as I'm struggling with my vision, thanks and Greetings from Belfast
I use dubbing loops quite a bit. As far as spinners are concerned, I don't really have a favorite type. As with most things, there are strengths and weaknesses with each type. Cheers! 🙂
My Dr. Slick Dubbing Tool has the two hooks separated by about an inch. Yours has the hooks closed. Did you modify it or is it a completely different tool?
@@EastRosebudFlyTackle I bought the Dr. Slick short handled tool and it came with the hooks separated (see your long handled tool at the 1:06 minute) but when you started using the short handled tool (the 2:06 minute), the hooks were together. After watching your video several times I decided to try forcing the hooks on my tool together without breaking them and it worked. I love using it now and my dubbing loops are better than ever. Thanks again for the great video.
Awesome Instruction!
Yes being new to tying this demo was very informative.I had seen the various types but didn’t know their specific functions. Thank you.
Great explanation of dubbing loops, this will help me a lot.
Thank you sir for explaining the difference in the tools
Thank you Mr. Jennings.
Very helpful. What vise are you using?
