dapat mag open up ng other tourist attraction or destination ang Manila ksi later on mawawala na ang novelty ng Pasig river esplanade tulad sa Dolomite beach....sana i well organize ang Binondo Chinatown, Quiapo n Sts.Cruz areas where foreign tourists can roam n walk around safely w/o falling prey to unscrupulous people or harassment from the.locals...Escolta could be transformed into a sort of Beverly Hills or Rodeo drive in Hollywood, California where shops sell only expensive n branded items like Gucci, Hermes, Nike, etc...Capitol theater if it still exist could be turned renovated n transformed into a small performing Arts Theater...w/ Al fresco cafe n restaurants....
