Rachel, I so LOVE to watch Robert Tonner sculpt virtually😃😃💖💖!!! The technology is so cool😃😃👍👍!!! And Robert Tonner is so right that movies use technology like George Lucas used Power Point in the 2000s as opposed to the scale models that were used in the 1970s and 1980s for Star Wars. I am no expert, but technology with creating things is so interesting!! Robert Tonner is an outstanding Doll Artist and so down to earth I just love to watch him design the doll head🤗🤗💜💜💜!!! Rachel, Thanks for sharing Robert Tonner's digital Doll Artistry😃😃💖💖💖💖💖!!!!

When I draw portraits and figures with pencils, I feel like I’m sculpting. Amazing process, thank you for sharing Robert and Rachel for bringing this to us.

Super cool. So different than sculpting with clay.

That was very interesting. So sweet when Robert was adding nostrils to his image and said, "it just bothers me when a doll can't breathe".

So true! You are at the mercy of the fabric and clay. This is so much faster if you can get the hang of the program. I really love working with fabrics and draping. I think I want to keep doing it that way even if the digital is available 😅

Wow, that was fascinating. I was wondering how does that initial sculpt become a doll head. It would be amazing to see the whole process. Brilliant ❤

This type of sculpting is amazing but looks difficult . i didn't know this is how they do it now. That girls face was so good, wonder if he kept it. Such a clever idea. Thank you Rachel

May I ask what tablet he is using?

I put this video on closed captioning to find out the spelling of the name of the tablet as well as I googled it and I believe it is the Wacom Cintiq Tablet 22 or it could be a 16, but it looks like a 22. However, I am no expert, I just like to research things and I hope this helps you. Robert Tonner is an outstanding Doll Artist😃😃!!!
