Canadian Accent on horserace announcer. Calls winner of last race opening weekend Northlands 2013

This announcer does a great job displaying a thick Canadian accent. It almost sounds like he is saying STERT instead of START. It just so happens I placed a sizeable wager on this horse and won money from it.
