Hello . As an apple farmer in south Korea, I didn't know apples can be grown and bearing in Kenya. I thought that most farmers of hot weather countries don't wanna farm apples. It's good to know that Kenya can have apple orchards.

Thought apples can't do well in tropical Africa. Cameroon imports tons of apples every year. Like to have some seeds, instructions on how to nurse them, cost of seed and cost of transportation.

Looking at the trees you can see leaf mould on the leaves, aphid disease also, Kate what are you doing to to advise him on this . ? This is your follow up but you mention nothing about this . This will eventually destroy the trees . It is good that he has the enthusiasm and energy to try his hand at apple farming. However planting egg plant and green peppers which are well known to be vigorous feeders on nutrients means they will eventually take all the energy from the soil and the apple trees will suffer.
