Watched their whole concert on August 12th on TH-cam. A one time view, not archived. I watched this premier of this song today. Asami reaching those high notes on SSS. My favorite song on JD album. It receives my rare 10/10. Now this one has a great audio mix. At 185 BPM you need to be wearing a seat belt watching this. They came back after this song and did an encore. Stay tuned for August 28th.
Background on Miyako -
Miyako learned guitar at age 18. At the age of 20, she joined the band GoDeath with an acquaintance and started band activities. The band decided to drop their Visual-Kei look and renamed themselves a DROP OF JOKER in 2013. Miyako performed not only as a guitarist for the band but also as a composer and was arranging all songs.
While acquiring musical experience with a DROP OF JOKER, she joined ex.SIAM SHADE NATCHIN's newly formed band 21g in 2014.
Later in 2015, while performing lives in Tokyo, Miyako joined the metal band LOVEBITES as a support member. She joined the band as a full member in 2017.
In the spring of 2017, Miyako formed a female duo unit SONIC LOVER RECKLESS with Kamiki Aya for which NATCHIN serves as the music producer.
In April 2018, she changed her stage name from "mi-ya" to "MIYAKO" for her solo projects, 21g, and SONIC LOVER RECKLESS, and to "miyako" for LOVEBITES.

Haruna absolutely kills it in this song, that double kick pace, good grief is right! They all killed it! My favorite song...EVER. 🤘
Lovebites don’t have one bad song ever sure some are better then others but Lovebites always have amazing music eh and yes Haruna little big engine she is amazing they all are incredible but Haruna was the star in this one thx again cheers 🍻 😊🤘🐺
Miyako was an accomplished guitarist when she joined Lovebites. She started learning guitar at age 18, she's 34 now, so she's been playing for 16 years. She started piano at age 3. Great track here, SSS is perhaps their fastest track to date. Asami nails this! 🤘🎸🐺

Miyako is born in 1990 and learned to play guitar at 18, i.e. 2008. Lovebites was created 2016, so she had played guitar for 8 years when she was a part of the start of Lovebites.

The whole performance was already in a live stream last year on September 24th, 2023, but it now got its postproduction and was released on August 28th, 2024. LOVEBITES TH-cam channel released 4 previews, live videos for "We Are The Resurrection", "Rising", "Soldier Stands Solitarily" and "Edge Of The World". While "Rising" had an OMV before, SSS and EotW had not, although two of their best songs, and WatR had no video at all, as it was from "Judgement Day". The whole performance, released as "Memorial For The Warrior Souls" could be the best live album now, even surpassing "Five Of A Kind" (2020). We'll see!
LOVEBITES has added a new masterpiece. Dynamic Voice's ASAMI has a wonderful belt. MIDORI & MIYAKO is speedy and the guitar technique is also top level. And the accurate and wonderful rhythm team of HARUNA of Fami & Drums, the bass guitar that supports them. I repeat this song many times🤘😎
@@SLASH-JAPAN Haruna was amazing 🤩 like always she is Miyako is one of my favorite guitarist love Midori too but like Miyako just a little bit more Asami vocals are incredible like always and she amazing stage general always has the crowed never lets go of them Fami though is my favorite from Lovebites love her bass playing and she keeps with Haruna she doesn’t stick with Miyako and Midori Fami is smart and amazingly talented they all are Fami playing on side with Haruna they are incredible my friend hopefully one day too see them live 😊🤘🐺
Miyako’s first band was, A drop of joker 2 years after starting guitar, then she joined 21g before joining Lovebites.
Worth watching some of her older stuff to see how she has developed.
