I was there, I rented a car and it was one of the worst experiences of my life driving in Lima. Fortunately, I didn't have any accidents. And I lived in São Paulo, with much greater traffic, but it doesn't compare to the chaos in Lima. In Lima there are no rules, just honk the horn and pray for the best!

One thing annoys me is traffic and I'm going there for my 1st time Christmas hence the reason I'm booking a hotel near the airport. At least I won't be late for my flight back home
