- Learn how to make the ultimate pork stew: Pebronata. Pebronata (Peh-Bro-Nah-Tah) is a Corsican daube or stew generally made from goat meat, although it is often made from beef, veal, or pork. There are 3 distinct steps in the creation of an authentic pebronata: cooking the pork, preparing the tomatoes sauce, and sauteing the sweet peppers. Pebronata is the perfect Fall dish to celebrate the end of peppers and tomatoes growing in your garden and the changes in the weather. Try it this weekend!

Pork stew looks delicious. Thanks chef .I build my connection with your kitchen see you around 😋😋😲🙏❤
I really enjoy watching you explain and cook, and then cook it on my own. It is such a pleasure and always so delightful. Thank you so much for your wonderful inspirations.
I’m reading the book “A Year in Provence” and the book mentions this stew and I looked it up and came across your recipe. This looks amazing !!!
I am not sure if you are referring to the scene where an argument breaks out in a Provencale butcher shop over the correct recipe. That scene made me laugh - because I have been witness to several of those within my own family. So glad you watched - many thanks
What a beautiful bountiful from your garden. I've saved this recipe to make this weekend, a perfect Sunday dinner. Thank you!
You are so welcome! My garden is still producing more than I can eat!
This looks incredible. You can't beat a great stew on a cold night.
You got that right!
Happy 9😲
And I have almost everything in my garden! I'm just missing some of the herbs, but that won't stop me. Thanks again for another great recipe.
Francois how long did you cook the onions the reason for asking is when I cook onions I take about 15 minutes. In Wales we do cook onions until they are almost black. I’m definitely going to make this recipe of yours. Many thanks Francois and best wishes.
10 minutes or so. Follow the link in the description for a written recipe. Thanks for watching...
