Hi Zoe! I have adult acne and I've had a lot of luck recently with African black soap (make sure it's pure), ACV as a toner and jojoba oil as a moisturizer. I know you like masks so try bentonite clay mixed with ACV. Lastly, mix a bit of lemon oil in the jojoba oil to fade any dark marks. Good luck and I know your pain with moody skin :)
Zoe, have you tried using Kat Von D's tattoo eyeliner? It's the best eyeliner I've ever used & I've never had it come off when my eyes water!! Having said that, it does comes off really nicely with makeup remover or just soap & water. xx.
