Ashamed to say, I've never heard of this incredibly talented human being before... I was just kind of skimming through, looking for something new to listen to and found this amazing artist that blew me away. I was first caught by the imagery, then the sound immediately caught me off guard. Pair the two, and I was hooked! The dance was beautiful, but so was the lyrics and voice. I had to stop in the middle to write this comment because I was getting so caught up in the song I was afraid I would forget...it's an age thing...haha. I knew I would want to view it a few more times to get the full impact...that's a "me" thing. What a beautiful talent!

There aren’t enough like buttons for this song/video. Dermont Kennedy is such a gifted, talented and creative human being. His voice is mesmerizing (OK I’m kind of partial to that whole Irish accent that comes through every so often). One person commented something to the effect: “This should be our anthem for this time in our life considering what is going on in the world”. I 100% agree.

Even if I am fan for 3 years now, I've listened to this song hundreds (or maybe thousands) of times - it always makes me emotional, hopeful and happy at the same time. And this goes for Dermot's entire music. And the live version is even more powerful.
The dance performed by Josh Denyer actually reflects well my own struggles this year, the pain that I've felt , and this song was always there to remind me that "Better days are coming" .

This morning the song hit different. My mom is laying in hospital unresponsive for 4 days after a massive stroke. And heard this song regularly, but this morning on my way to the hospital the song played over the radio and it hit me hard.

As a former dancer, I loved this. As a many years long Dermot fan, I cannot get over how his vocals and presence are just getting better and better. His humble swagger when he walks, and his amazing eye contact are showing his growth and maturity as an artist and as a person. This is continuing to be an amazing journey for him and for us as fans.
