Using a metal tip as a guide for cutting is such a genius suggestion!

I can’t thank you enough for showing how to use tips to gauge the correct hole size for writing, even borders, dots, etc. I never had anyone teach me this. I struggle with writing. Hopefully this will help me be more consistent ❤

Just getting back into making sugar cookies after many years. I purchased all the different tipless bag sizes and want to make things as easy as possible this time around. Thank you for sharing all your "tips"!

I am pretty new at cookie decorating but, I quickly learned that I like tipless a lot more than the hassle of using tips. Tips are great for specialty borders and flowers but, tipless bags are so, so versatile, like most things, it just takes practice! Great video!!

Felicidades!

I use tip less bags for RI and buttercream all the time. For cookie detailed work I pop in a tube. These sure beat washing bags.

The Baroque Baker omg yes!!!! The worst and most boring part for me about decorating is washing the dishes or bags 😣

I’m curious why would you use tipless bags vs using the Wilton tips themselves ?

Less mess = more freedom to work with lots of different colors if you're tight on time. I also just find the tipless bags less clumsy.

Beginner here. Can anyone advise me on something? I have a lot of trouble with hand cramps as I work. Any advice?

I'm recently experiencing pregnancy induced carpel tunnel. it's really hard to work around it but I've found that making sure the icing is not too stiff for me help. it also helps to take more breaks than usual. it can also help to have some sort of sponge support on your working wrist. I hope this helps a bit.

I use 4” zip ties to secure the top of my bags.

I am a bit confused when you said you are using stiff consistency icing with the tipless bags, I thought stiff icing is used to make flowers and leaves. Are you using stiff consistency or piping consistency?
