From my knowledge during Doctor Mode the door you go through in story mode, but need a key is present. If it was still possible to spawn in items I would have wanted to see what happens if I use the key to the door. Would Doctor Mode continue the path of story mode or would it just crash or glitch
if u do impulse 101 a handy man spawns it cant kill you but you can all you need is a rifle and you need to right click if u havent bound anything in cry of fear

Here are good working Steam cheats: Maps * gives u a list of places you can put yourself in, such as the endings and such. Map (file name) lets you go to those areas. Sv_gravity(number) changes your gravity. Also you can always edit the files. :)
guys the developer disabled the cheats after a while so any one using 1.0 or new versions the CHEATS WONT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!(i think cheats work for old version though)

@@MemerDad i found a way around it, just melee the first two giants and leave the third that is in the back, just try to be as far as possible from the third cause you dont want to lose all that progress. The way you melee them is by hitting and dodging, wait for the giant to hit and repeat (you might find it a bit difficult)

Great... it worked until I followed "Type it in a few more times" ... then I got kicked with an error message "not enough free credits" and since then it doesn't work anymore...

because Team Psykskallar thought that everyone would do the spawn weapon cheat so they changed the purpose of the impulse 101 cheat code
You have to type sv_cheats 1 before you even start playing. When the main menu appears open the console and type sv_cheats 1 and then go play.
Ummm... impulse 101 didn't give me my weapons I wanted instead I got a handyman! :D
These where patched out in the standalone version of the game, or Version 1.6.
