Yes, the output power supplied to the CM is DC power and it doesn’t matter if it is hooked in by + or - as long as you can return the flow back to complete the out field device on the output side. Yes and no on AC. You need to make sure PLC device can allow Input/output AC power. I know for these models you can get them and even order expansion modules that handles AC for input and output

I wish to replace existing PLC CPU as its malfunctioning.but i have not any backup software to load into new PLC CPU.now how can i get Backup software from my existing Old PLC for loading in New PLC.Can you please advice me.
