This of course stands out because it's a fully fledged AMV that fits well with the music but what really stands out to me is THE SONG ITSELF! It is an amazing song, haunting and unique!
Ok in need to edit this bc i have more to say:
It gives me the same vibe as the Neo Toyko ost. It reminds me of older anime like Ghost in the Shell and Akira. And I mean the song specifically. The AMV is cool but as said it's the song itself that stands out to me. I get reminded of other songs like Judgement from Devilman Crybaby, Ugory - Zurawie from Edgerunners or Nausicaä theme even tho they don't really sound similar.

The song is from Perfect Blue, haha, so it definitely makes sense that it fits. It is an incredible track, though, unique in the same way Paprika's soundtrack is.

Was surprised to see clips of Perfect Blue on Spammiej's stream when he checked out your comment on the Chroma Hideout video. Funny how worlds can collide like that.
