1.18"x18"x10"x3(bowls/compartments)=9720 cubic inches
2. 9720/231=42.08USG
3. 42.08X0.75=31.56USG
4. 31.56/1min (or 2 minutes as applicable)=31.56GPM
5. Next standard size of grease interceptor/trap you should use is 35GPM
