@@juvali1205 walaikum assalam sis, hope you're doing fine too.. I just used the measurements that were provided in the video and adjusted the curd according to as much gravy as I wanted, hope that helps .. for dry fruits, I used 1 handful 2 handful just as shown in the video..
@@juvali1205 no 1 handful as in Urdu ki ek mutthi.. more or less dry fruits won't make much difference in the taste, don't worry And yes the taste was like shadi ka red chicken 👍🏻

I ate this at a dawat and went crazy!!!! Then badgered my host to give this recipe as I loved it so much!!! Will definitely be making it!!! This recipe is great as is But Maybe I would increase the sauces to make it resemble the shadi wala chicken moreeee

@@EesaKhilji103 there is slight difference between sauce and ketchup...I used tomato sauce..this is also easily available...
