I really admire how Cytonn is transforming the Real Estate Industry. Props to the architect as well. We seriously need to move away from the same repeated, over-used, bland, and frankly, boring designs we keep seeing in this region. Keep Up Cytonn!

Excellent Project, scintillating to say the least! I have a question, Noted that one classical house in the mid of the row, has a structure next to the pool whilst the rest don't have. Is there an explanation to that? What is that poolside structure/house?

The living room looks quite small. This should have been opened up to include the dining and the entertainment room. The tiles in the foyer should have been more classy. Love the exterior but not so much interior
I also thought the living room was kind of small and enclosed.They should have opened up the living room to connect with the dining room which would make it one large room.

I wish Cytonn has an opportunity to take real estate to the next level. Its not going to be easy and the chance of failure and legal action may stymie the egregious if heady drive in Dande but I hope he is no Greek Icarus. They went in too high too fast too. I am one hoping the Cytonn Tower can be built and the land is not bought out, but invested in. I hope CHYS and Projects Notes pay down so Kenyans can invest longer-term rather than short term.

What kinda tour is this that didn't show the bedrooms, kitchen, dinning area, master etc etc. Pull up and repeat this. Do less talking and more showing. Let us be the judge.

FYI, all the homes in this development were sold out before they were completed and are now people's homes. She was only allowed to show the rooms seen on this clip because the owner of this particular unit was doing some renovations and agreed to give a snippet of the space. Now you know.

This is not the best kind of home show..all they show is the living room and outer landscape. No bedrooms or other utilities. The homes are also too close to each other for such amount of money. Shoddy job but can redeem themselves by doing better video for bedrooms, toilets, showers and so on.
