This guy is sheer poetry in motion a true Artist who takes pride in his work! Respect
What is the name of his profession. I need to have a leather suitcase restored and need a professional like him to restore it.
He has his own TH-cam channel, where he has many videos on all sort of traditional skills.

...wonderfull Leather restauration...
I love those craftsman. I am in awe of their talent.
What was that weird word he repeated? Patience???
yes
Such experts to take things to pieces and reassemble to perfection.Wonderful.
What a beautiful looking bag and the restorer what a craftsman
So they bought a leather bag, paid for it to be restored, then paid to go to Switzerland to sell it, did they make a profit or a loss?....oh and I love all the restorers they always do a brilliant job, my favourite is the blacksmith, what a craftsman
I restore many antiques but rotten leather is way out of my league ,well done .😊😇
It’s beautiful the craftsmanship
That bag is positively Fabulous!
A guy claiming to be a royal Romanov relative in France in the 20s. Gee, you didn't see many of them. Princes ALWAYS wrote their name in ink on their bags.
Artistry such as this can't be cheap!
I wouldn't buy into that name tag. I think the guy who sold it to him pulled a fast one...
Awesome
The age of most of these artisans is a matter of some concern to the future.
That bag would not be cost effective in 99.9% of the time. And there aren't enough craftspeople that would bother to tackle that job.
Can anyone tell me what is the first component of the rejuvenating balm he is using ? I understand glycerin and beeswax but not the first. That balm seems to do a very good job in dried leather.
Lanolin
Lanolin
nice
U should do some haunted stuff
He was using a pound shop screw driver to remove the metal piece...
If it works it works
👍👌👏👏👏
That strap looked awful sewn onto the bag like that. It looked like someone had sewn a strap to the bag.. He should've framed it with brass or something..
And I'm still here wondering if he'll take on an apprentice!?!?
Drew paid £150 for the bag, I don't know how much he was charged for the restoration and how much he will charge for the finished article
It's still trashed!
It's easier to build new than repair leather bags
Any body could have written on that strap it could have been me ??. you will never know
