Maasa is so delicious.
I am intrigued and drawn to the deft skill and dexterity they have in distributing the oil, turning the cakes and decanting them so quickly with the ladel and before they are overcooked. That is exceptional skill.
In fact watching someone cook maasa is so entertaining itself and at the end is a delicious treat.
At 10:15 The Gentleman you were talking with has such a sweet spirit about him!! I enjoyed listening to him share his story!
She did a great job 👏

Us Melanin Sistas from all over the world has lots in common. From the cooking styles and ingredients to the scarves we wear on our heads 💖💖💖. I feel the love peace and respect yall have for one another💖💖💖
OMG . we used to call it as "Kuli paniyaram" in Tamilnadu. we use raw rice and some urad dhal to make this mixture and add Jaggery. I had studied that African and Tamilans are having some similarities.
Tatiana could you get the millet version???
Pleaseeeeee🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks you so much @Tatiana. What is the name of the equipment be used for the masa
I have been sending messages without being replying 😢 ,,, My dear sister Tatiana I’m also a TH-camr like you and I wanted to ask you something but to no avail,,, Anyway my regards to your family especially your beautiful kids
Taty! Just a wonderful video💥💥💥! Wonderful, because you profile the Zongo community in Sunyani so so well🎥. Super enterprising people, and incredibly hardworking💪🏾. Glad to see that hardwork and entrepreneurial spirit rewarded by your videos🎥. Now it was great to see the man also tending to the MASA and he was excellent at it. And the key part is how he took pride in what he was doing and said it is important to give a helping hand and everyone should participate. I really liked seeing that. And let him know his English is perfect because we understood everything he said. I am a proponent of languages so going back and forth on Twi and English is excellent📚. And MASA is something that takes me way back to childhood. And they are so so skilled at making it. Awesome to see. Again the one thing that makes your videos so compelling, is letting those you profile tell their stories. And the stories are amazing and inspiring. We love what you do and keep the content coming!
I think the Indians and Pakistanis also make this in their country. I came across this on internet as a street food.
Chiming in from the states!!! 🇺🇸 I watch a lot of videos of the motherland! I’m so intrigued and wish to one day travel there! Your videos are satisfying, informative and a beautiful representation of your country! I love it! If you ever visit the states look a sister up! ❤
Sure sis
