That is exceptional skill. In fact watching someone cook maasa is so entertaining itself and at the end is a delicious treat.

OMG . we used to call it as "Kuli paniyaram" in Tamilnadu. we use raw rice and some urad dhal to make this mixture and add Jaggery. I had studied that African and Tamilans are having some similarities.

And the key part is how he took pride in what he was doing and said it is important to give a helping hand and everyone should participate. I really liked seeing that. And let him know his English is perfect because we understood everything he said. I am a proponent of languages so going back and forth on Twi and English is excellent📚. And MASA is something that takes me way back to childhood. And they are so so skilled at making it. Awesome to see.
