I agree - eating healthy is a lot more expensive with all the fresh fruit and veg. The cruise sounds soo good 🌸🌸🌸

I replaced sugar in tea and coffee with sweetener or just water. I make some pinch of nom foods, like I'll batch cook the lentil Dahl and weigh out the rice. I skip breakfast and make sure I get 15k steps in a day and I've been losing weight without too much expense. Calorie counting and walking. It's hard going though, trying not to slip back into bad habits.
