My favorite of her videos are "What I eat in a week" ones are so amazing and I honestly wish I could get nearly half the fresh sea food she can get where I live. Please never stop posting your amazing cooking !! Cant wait to see what this year holds for you !!
I almost always use frozen seafood. I find the primary difference is in texture but its incredibly convenient and almost always cheaper. Just thaw in fridge overnight for individual portions. Or stick in a bowl of cold water for an hour or so. Can stock up when on sale and have tasty seafoods all the times.
Being an adult is hard, I'm still not used to it myself in the 60's age! I love when you take us shopping with you, I'm always interested in what you buy for meals and snacks 😊

In the Southeast United States, where I am from, we call fried beef cutlets "chicken fried steak" because we fry chicken in the same way. The most popular version is served with a white gravy, but I make a version with eggs and onions that looks similar to yours. Your meal looks delicious! Happy cooking 😊
Pro tip: Sprinkle baking soda on your cutting board, then cut a lemon in half and use the lemon to scrub the cutting board and it helps remove stains and deep cleans it 😊 Also, I’m already loving the new video angles I can’t wait for this series ❤️
When your little girl was smaller she seemed to speak Japanese with English words mixed in. Now she is speaking English with Japanese words mixed in. Such a nice family and such a nice dinner. I hope 2024 is a good year for you.

I'm a late joiner but I found what I have come to appreciate the most is that there don't seem to be any "rules" around the meal. I often get so hung up on what food should be made when or how it should be prepared that I sometimes find it challenging to explore different things. So now I will comfortably enjoy rice bowls at breakfast and an omelet at dinner. So thanks. The one thing I wish though would be to see more vegetarian options, I can appreciate you and Husbento are meat eaters and I don't expect a diet change. It would just be nice even if it was just mentioned "substituting x works just fine". Looking forward to more videos and happy 2024.

The fried beef bowl looked very good to me as a person who doesn't like eating pork much. I'll definitely try the salad dressing recipe out, I've never had one quite like that one before.
