Will this 1936 Allis chalmers wc run after being forgotten after the pandemic hit

we bought the allis site on seen and had it delivered, and we park it waiting for a mag and covid hit, and she got forgotten and took on water. can we get her unstuck and running watch to find out!

We had a can on it, but water got in around pipe going in manifold, we now use a 5gallon bucket
